The FOCUS Parent Portal will open on Monday, August 4th for current parents to update information and complete the registration process for the 2025-2026 school year.  ALL students will need this completed for the new school year even if you are not updating contacts and/or numbers.  You will complete this process at

Click the first line at the top that says, "If you already have a portal account, have added all of your students, and been granted access by the school CLICK HERE to log in to the Parent Portal."

After signing in, you should see a picture similar to the one below.  Click the green button and begin the process.

This needs to be completed for all returning students! Once you have updated the information you may call the school to verify completion and then you will receive your child’s classroom teacher.

 If this is not completed by Meet the Teacher on August 7th, you will be unable to do this on campus due to our lack of cell phone service and inability to provide internet access. However, Chromebooks will be available from 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 5th in the front office to complete this process.

Supply Lists

Welcome parents and families! We’re excited to kick off a new school year with your child. To help them start the year off strong, please make sure they have the supplies they will need.

Below are the supply lists for the 2025-2026 school year for kindergarten through 5th grade. Please note that specific supplies may vary by grade. Your child's classroom teacher will be in touch near the start of the school year with any other supplies that are specific to their class.

    • 1 Bottle of hand soap 
    • A rest towel or small blanket
    • Standard-sized backpack

     (No rolling book bags or small-sized bags. A regular-sized folder must fit in the bag.)

    • Change of clothes to keep at school. This really comes in handy in case of spills or toileting accidents. Please place the extra clothing (labeled with first and last name) in a gallon-size, sealed plastic bag for easy storage and retrieval. 

     

     

    At the beginning of every month, each family will be asked to send in one box of prepackaged snacks for the class to share. Please remember that hard candy (including lollipops) is not allowed at CCE.

    1 ream of copy paper

    In addition, your child will also need:

    1 blanket

    Diapers and wipes, if used

    1 full change of clothes
